This is where most people go…not wrong…but sideways:

Which is to say: they don’t know the voice, the feel, the sound, the tickle of their own inner Knowing, of their intuition in the membranes of their body.
Let me say that again but in a different way cuz this is important and the opposite of what many people teach:
Intuition isn’t the receiving of information (we’re doing that all the time).
inutuition is the internal Yes or No we feel after we’ve run All the information through our body.
Most people do this unconsciously. In an Intuition Expedition we make it conscious and intentional.
But most of us were taught to doubt our inner knowing—from parents who meant well but didn’t really get what we needed, to a culture that constantly wants us to pretend, perform, and get comfortable inside the box.
Intuition can pull us out of mental & emotional confusion.
Intuition can point the way towards our creative force—towards our power & ability to create, build, format, maintain, and sustain life & vitality.
Intuition is not a woozy vibe.
Intuition is a solid skill that can be learned
…And is probably one of the most important Skills you will ever develop.
Intuition can’t be outsourced. It can’t be AI’d. It can’t be faked.

I’m your guide on this Intuition Expedition.
I’m an ICF-certified Intuition Coach with a degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Psychology and instigator of more in-person events and workshops around the world that I can count.
I’ve spent years helping people reconnect with their inner knowing—especially in moments of confusion, transition, or creative doubt—and translating and formatting it into action.
I’m not here to fix you.
But I do shoot straight.
Many people who come to me have already tried everything else but can’t make sense of it all.
I’m here to help you cut through the crap, weave together the threads that are helpful, and grab onto what is important, right now, for finding your next step.
I’m here to create space and structure for your inner exploration. To guide you as you find your own way through the fog.
I’m here to help you slow down enough to hear yourself think—and, more importantly, feel what’s true for you.
For me an Intuition Expedition feels like diving into a jungle, pulling vines and branches out of the way to make a path through- Sometimes it feels like we get bit by a mosquito while other times it feels like being sung to by the dream of a hummingbird’s wings helping us persist through the tangled web until suddenly a path becomes clear. Together we forge a path through the muck and it takes us to the most unexpected view we’ve ever seen, a calm ocean stretching out to the horizon, a bigger perspective, a clear way forward.

Whether you’re nose-to dirt with a big decision, working on a passion project (or wish you were), feeling your way through an overwhelming fog of information and options, or in the muddle of a relationship that’s where a private Intuition Expedition comes in handy.
The EXPEDITION
Each Private Intuition Expedition is a single session separated into 3 stages to help you tune into your intuition and get clear on your next step and then actually do the thing your intuition guides you towards.
Stage 1: Preparation
Every successful Expedition begins with strategic preparation.
In your initial email you will receive instructions, including an online questionnaire that helps us frame what ground you want to cover in our time together.
This ensures that when we meet together online or in-person that we don’t waste the session hour trying to figure out what ground we want to cover; we can jump right in after a quick check-in.
This stage is about:
creating time and space to slow down & go inward
honing in on what you are looking for on your expedition
entering into an emotional commitment and an collaboration with this journey.
How this works: In your initial email you’ll receive instructions including a quiz that helps us frame your session. After your booking is complete you will receive Stage 1 instructions via email on how to do this in the privacy of your own space. All you will need is: wifi, computer, 45-60 minutes, a quiet space, & self-honesty.
Stage 2: Expedition
Once the stage has been set in the Preparation Phase we go into the jungle to explore more deeply—to find your way forward.
This is where we meet in person in my private studio in Basel or in my private online meeting room. I guide you through the tangled vines of your situation and into the guidance and knowing of your intuition.
For each person the details of this exploration will look very different as it is based on your needs, not on a one-size-fits-all prescription.
This phase is fully personalized to you.

broad-based knowledge of many systems (for ex: Human Design, astrology, numerology) & am adept at weaving in the threads of any system you use.
For this stage we plan 75-80 minutes together. We create space intentionally to slow down, dive beneath our surface thinking and tune into our deeper inner knowing.
When Scheduling Please Note: I highly recommend you also plan some time by yourself both before & after the session to do some light movement (such as walking to the session). My studio is one block from the Johanniter bridge and is very amenable to a walk along the Rhine before and after your session.
Stage 3: Integration
Integration pulls all the pieces together into a cohesive whole. It is the part that many people skip out on. But if you’re going to skip out on this, then you might as well skip out on the whole thing.
How this works: You’ll receive an email after our session to help you with the Integration of your session. What you’ll need is: 20-30 minutes, a quiet space, access to online Field Notes Guide & wifi.
This is a process and integration is where the magic & movement happens. I can not emphasis enough how vital this part is. In the weeks following your session I am available via email for questions that come up related to your Expedition.
You truly do not have to walk this path alone.

I do not predict the future—I help you step-outside-of-the-box and create your future.
My Expeditions almost always incorporate tarot & oracle cards. These aren’t your typical cad readings. These are interactive explorations. You are encouraged to ask questions & get refining clarity so you can leave with a clear understanding of where you are at now and build a clear action plan forward.
These work best if you bring a specific situation you want clarity on. Don’t make me guess why you came; this isn’t a psychic reading. Tell me.
I work especially well with people who are verbal processors and have a lot of muddled information to sift through and with people who need things to make logical, down-to-earth sense and want to take action. (scroll up to read about my style in clients’ own words)
I do my best to be trauma-aware, non-binary, ENM, gender, racially and culturally sensitive.
The goal is always: to help you find a loving, creative solution that is aligned to your true nature. -

Readings are typically in English. But I speak Swiss German & German fluently-ish and welcome my Swiss German or German clients to speak to me in their native language, if desired.

This is an organic, self-driven process, which I guide you through.
I trust that you remain in your own self-authority and will make decisions and choices and do what you feel is right for you.
While I believe you are responsible for your choices; however, I do not subscribe to the belief that everything is in your life because of your choices or that you “manifested it or “chose it before birth”.
Just as you do not control the weather, nor do you control the choices other people, systems, and nature in our lives make that naturally have an impact on us. However, you do have responsibility for your choices within the weather patterns & people patterns.
While an Expedition is often highly impactful, one hour will never solve all your problems or make you rich in a hot minute.
Situations are complex entanglements of personal choices, interpersonal interactions, long-held trauma, and systemic conditions. One Expedition is not going to clear all that everything up.
… But what I see again & again is that an Expedition opens a portal, helps to shift our attention to the big picture, to the energy of the situation, so that you can see new possibilities & make different choices that allows you to pivot and takes you to a whole new place. They will help you see your next step. And that step leads to another and then another. It’s beautiful.
